Wash and dry all produce. Rinse @lentils{1%cup}. Prepare @cilantro{1%bunch} and halve @lemon{1%fruit}.

Heat @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium heat. Add @garlic{2%cloves} and @ginger{2%tablespoons} and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant ~{1%minutes}. Add @ground beef{16%oz}, @crushed tomatoes{14%oz}, @veggie stock concentrate{1%unit}, @savory paprika blend{2%tbsp}, and @shawarma spice blend{1%tbsp}. Stir in @sugar{1%tsp} and simmer until thickened.

While dal cooks, drain @fenugreek{2%tsp} and pat dry with paper towels; finely chop.

In a #small bowl{}, combine @yogurt{½%cup} and juice from two lemon wedges. Season with @salt{½%tsp} and @black pepper{¼%tsp}.

Toast @naan bread{2%pieces} until golden. Melt @butter{2%tbsp} in a #small pan{}, stir in chopped fenugreek, and brush over naan.

Divide dal between bowls. Top with lemony yogurt sauce. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with spiced butter naan and remaining lemon wedges on the side.
